Pomp & Circumstance

Donna Parker - Redwood Centre, Haywards Heath Manager:
"Here are some pictures from our Pomp & Circumstance lunch held last Thurs 8th September.
We had approximately 65 visitors for a wonderful full roast beef lunch with apple crumble and custard, complimentary wine and a quiz.  There were prizes for the best dressed and the wackiest hat/wig.  Richard our Redwood Support Worker, thoroughly enjoyed conducting the members whilst they all sang along with Land of Hope and Glory, Jerusalem and Rule Britannia and asked them all to stand whilst the national anthem played before lunch.  As you can see from the pictorial evidence I was able to cajole my 2 new support workers to wear our national colours even though Richard is from New Zealand and Meg is from America. A thoroughly great time was had by all."
